It's whatever you want. That's how Toby Fox designed the character, a blank slate with enough wiggle room to let the player just project their prefered pronouns. As such many of my viewers will default to "boy". Me I just stick to non-binary, it's made writing them disgustingly flexible to the point it feels like I'm using cheat codes XD
